People Operations Officer

Job purpose:   

Execute and administer all HR operations , engagement initiatives, performance management cycle, learning and development programs and ensure adherence to standards and business direction

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (max of 7 accountabilities not main or daily duties or tasks)

  • Execute and administer all HR operations and services with focus on employee relations, employee benefits, HR transactions, data maintenance and reporting
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approval and initiate activities
  • Administer Staff welfare and employment benefits (leaves, insurance, etc.)
  • Provide a dedicated advisory service to employees in relation to compliance issues, grievance matters, organizational change and all other employee-relations matters
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation process
  • Administer the learning and development initiatives to enhance the performance

Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills level of presence in the job (High/Medium/Low)

  • 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in HR
  • Proven experience using HRIS and labour law is highly preferred
  • High proficiency English level is a must
