To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Product Delivery Manager


The Role

Will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of product development and implementation of payment services products. will be able to manage multiple projects, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure successful product delivery.


  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of financial services products, including product development and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of product delivery including tracking RAID, resources, and quality dimensions.
  • Ensure the product meets customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain product delivery plans.
  • Define, track and measure E2E product delivery performance KPI’s metrics
  • Identify and assess product risks, resolve dependencies, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the product delivery process.



  • 8-10 years of delivery experience working in a payment services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any equivalent field.
  • Demonstrated experience in product delivery, and incremental product roll-out using Agile methodology tools and frameworks (DevOps, Scrum and SAFe framework).
  • Knowledge of payment services industry (i.e., Card Present, Payment Gateway, POS/ECR, eCommerce, Bank/Acquiring).
  • Fintech & banking sectors experience is must.
