To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new "Project Manager"

 

Job purpose:
Project Manager leads end-to-end projects, identifies risks, manages interdependencies, and holds stakeholders accountable for successful delivery.

 

Key accountabilities:
• Responsible for overall integrity and coherence of the programme/ project and executing the program/ project vision, mapping all initiatives and taking accountability for all dependencies and alignment.
• Accountable for defining and leading the programme/ project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion.

• Drives the delivery of the programme/ project through active managementensuring milestones are met to time, cost and quality.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, coordinates project stakeholders and may also act as lead representative in key governance and decision meetings.
• Prepare and communicate status reports and communication cascades to the project team.
• Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through sprints/iterations and phases of the project. Requirements gathering from the business users and ability to work with the business partners on clear and concise project status and communications.
• Implement necessary measures to overcome project progress blockers and obstacles with potential negative impact on project delivery time and quality.
• Intensive follow up and monitoring on project stakeholders’ performance throughout the project and escalate any detected lack of responsibility and negligence observed within.


Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in project management and coordination preferable in banking / financial technology industries
• Solid understanding of Agile scrum master methodology and framework
