To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Senior Technical Recruiter
Job purpose:
Support the talent acquisition function and take the responsibility for assigned areas of recruitment and reporting activities in order to attract, select and onboard talent in line with business requirements in that location.
Key responsibilities:
• HCM: Ensure hiring request can be initiated in HCM validating position and budgetary approval, optimal use of recruitment platform and effective approval workflow
• Sourcing: Provide a longlist of candidate adhering to set KPIs on quality, job matching and grade benchmarking through appropriate use of different sources and ensure employer value proposition is a solid match for employee value proposition
• Selection: Facilitate the interviewing of longlisted candidates, ensure the accurate record of interview data within the recruitment platform and follow best practices for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
• 3rd Party Vendors : Support the business hiring needs through effective vendors management
• Internal Stakeholder Management : Communicate progression of sourcing, search, selection, offer and onboarding progress to internal stakeholders at all times effectively
• Compliance & Administration : Ensure the compliance and adherence to Company Policies and Procedures in the area of recruitment and selection meet standards of quality performance
• Others:
• Serve as brand ambassador on social media or external events such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Must have professional qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in same role
- Bachelor’s degree - Qualification in HR function or CIPD or similar
- English – High Proficiency / Arabic – Beneficial
- Microsoft Office [ Word, Excel, PowerPoint] SAP- SuccessFactors – LinkedIn
- Experience of recruiting 100- 250 hires PA
- Experience in the hire of a broad range of corporate and technical roles
- Experience in volume hiring
- Experience in full cycle hiring [advertising, 3rd party agency, headhunting]
- Preferably having worked within a similar Fintech environment
