To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Technology Communication Sr. Specialist (UAE National).

 

Job purpose:

Responsible for translating complex strategic concepts and plans into visually engaging and informative collateral. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to transform strategic insights and data into compelling narratives that effectively communicate the company's goals, initiatives, and progress.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Understanding: Collaborate with senior management, strategists, and subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Content Synthesis: Analyze and synthesize complex data, reports, and strategic documents to distill key insights and messages.
  • Storytelling: Develop persuasive narratives that convey the strategic direction of the company, highlighting key objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communication Ambassador: Proactively drive team communication, establish a formal communication plan and toolset to communicate and make information available to teams. Collaborate with other C-suite executives to ensure technology alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Information Flow: Ensure logical flow and structure of IT concepts, making it easy for the audience to follow and understand the content.
  • Data Visualization: Transform quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise, and visually engaging charts and diagrams.
  • Revisions and Feedback: Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into It & product roadmaps, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design).
  • Previous experience in financial services or Fintech would be helpful.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality communication material
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and concise messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced knowledge of formatting, animation, and graphic design features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Creativity and the ability to think visually.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
