To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a HR Intern (UAE Nationals Only).

The geidea UAE HR team is looking for an HR Intern (UAE Nationals Only) for a 6 months’ learning experience within its Talent Acquisition team.

If you are an UAE National interested in launching your career in Human Resources, this is a great opportunity to learn in an international environment. You will support us with our Emiratization programs and recruitment activities, being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes and participating in recruitment marketing campaigns specifically addressed to attract and develop Emirati Talents.

• You will support the Talent Acquisition team in building and establishing talent networks within the Emirati communities of students, graduates and professionals.
• You will support with sourcing, screening, and hiring the best Emirati talents for internships, graduate programs, and management trainee programs.
• You will support in the design and rolling out of Emirati talent development programs and marketing those programs across UAE universities to attract and onboard talents.
• You will lead on-campus student activities to coordinate different on-campus initiatives and career days as well as other programs for student skill development.
• You will be involved in data analysis and consolidation, so you will need to be digitally savvy.
• You will need to multitask different processes in parallel, so you need to be highly organized.
