To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Sales Manager Ecom.
Job purpose:
Manage and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve the revenue targets of Geidea with E-Commerce providers. Responsible for the cross functional alignment and operations.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Manage E-Commerce providers (online shops for example) by integrating Geidea’s online payment solutions with their websites
- Work with cross functions inside Geidea to process the sales cycle end to end:
- Manage risk and compliance
- Source the right customers based on the regulations provided by the Central Bank of UAE
- Provide different reports on the team performance, revenue targets progress, and other business reports
- Define different gaps in the performance and target achievement and provide solutions to cover the gap
- Keep an eye on the competition and market changes
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing including a minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Financial services (fintech or banking) experience is a must
