To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Sales Executive.

 

Opportunity for a high performing individual who will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding new merchants (POS) &cross-selling various products & services.

 

The role will include onboarding new merchants for payments services and value-added services. This task requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Present to merchants, retailers, restaurants, hospitality/F&B sectors and other entities in UAE, a complete end-to-end POS solution for card acceptance by Geidea
  • Cross-sell value added services that include POS Hardware, On-POS loyalty programs, gift cards, EMI, Billing and other services offered by Geidea.
  • Thrive to over-achieve individual targets monthly, quarterly & annually as set
  • Leverage prospect & signup new merchants by presenting appropriate solution for business
  • Knowledge of signing merchant contracts, documentation & submission processes
  • Provide training on Geidea Value Added Services the merchant has signed up for
  • Ability to negotiate with merchants on Commission Rates, POS Rentals, Value Added Services Rates

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within sales and marketing
  • Excellent network of contacts in the retail sector with some banking experience is an advantage
  • Ability to identify potential buyers for POS terminals.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical and computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly driven, is a self-motivated, target orientated, resilient and tenacious
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
  • Highly organized, plans and prioritizes work effectively
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license & vehicle
